Administrative Coordinator

Join INDEX Design Studio! We are looking to hire a self motivated, highly organized Administrative Coordinator. 

We’re interested in a person with the following qualities/skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Organized - Self directed and highly motivated

  • Experience and familiarity with small business back end

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create and execute schedules

  • Manage company budget and create invoices

  • Respond to general inquires and communicate with clients

  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments as requested

  • Prepare all general correspondence, reports, sample and quotes as directed

  • File electronically

  • Collaborates with team to organize logistics for projects

  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures

 

Job Type

  • Part time. 10 – 25 hours per week depending on experience.

 

Required Education and Experience

  • Post – secondary education in office administration, office information technology or related working experience

  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite programs and Google Drive

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
