Duties and responsibilities

Create and execute schedules

Manage company budget and create invoices

Respond to general inquires and communicate with clients

Schedule and organize meetings and appointments as requested

Prepare all general correspondence, reports, sample and quotes as directed

File electronically
-
Collaborates with team to organize logistics for projects

Assist in the development of standard operating procedures
Job Type

Part time. 10 – 25 hours per week depending on experience.
Required Education and Experience
-
Post – secondary education in office administration, office information technology or related working experience

Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite programs and Google Drive

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
