Duties and responsibilities

Create working drawings for all stages of a project, including

presentation for client approval

schedules and specifications

3D rendering

Order samples and create sample boards
-
Problem solve: strive for design impact through innovative, thoughtful and functional designs

Coordinate with outside consultants, architects, engineers and trade partners

Assist in site measures and client meetings

Required Education and Experience
-
Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architectural Technology or Equivalent
-
Minimum 2+ years experience in residential interior design
-
Working knowledge of design & trade industry resources and proven evidence of creative design and problem solving
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
-
Knowledge of 2D and 3D rendering / modeling programs
-
Ability to work professionally and respectfully with both internal and external team members
